DISCO PROFILE + SERVICES

At Wessex Star Disco, we feel it is important with a disco and disco party that you, the client, are going to enjoy the services and the disco that we provide. The disco is more than often the centrepiece of the event and for your guests, so it is vital for us to get it right. To get it right, we make sure we have the right tunes, for the right occasion as well as having the best equipment for the show. Here is a list of the disco lights and disco equipment we have available:

• Lasers (multiple colours)
• Lights (various types of disco lights)
• Very Large Sound System, but we have different grades the sound system can be split, so we can adapt to different venues - maybe a smaller system would be appropriate for children in a village hall or the largest sound system in a marquee for a wedding event.
• We also have an optional Karaoke feature for extra fun on the dance floor.

To go with this fabulous setup, you of course, need some excellent tunes. We hold an extensive range of music, with over 10,000 tracks and growing, from the 1950's up to the present. We have all the legendry tracks and popular music from the last 60 years and many of our songs are projected onto a screen and the video of that song is viewed as part of the disco...avoiding any arguments on the dance moves of a Girl's Aloud single!

We do, like any good disco DJ, take requests but preferably in advance of the event. We are professional, and trust the playlists we construct specifically for that event; this avoids a mismatch of tunes and allows everyone to enjoy every tune we play.

We have provided entertainment for weddings, birthdays, fundraiser's and even a Blues Brothers Cabaret (event was sold out).

THE FUTURE...

Another part of our company is Party Angels, specialising in children's parties and entertainment. We can organise the catering for you, take care of the games, we can book the venue and we organise party bags, competitions and prizes. ...............................................................................................................................................................................................

From 2007, we will have our own professionally homemade video's to run along side tracks whilst they play, as added pleasure, atmosphere and another dimension to the way you enjoy our disco party.
